2. 2. Delivery is via third party courier.
3. 3. All deliveries are sent with registered couriers or Indian post and must be signed at time of delivery.
4. 4. Shipping address cannot be changed once order(s) has been shipped.
5. 5. As the registered couriers are third-party courier companies, we are unable to control their delivery time. The courier is also unable to ring you prior or during delivery.
6. 6. If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure someone is home to receive the goods. If not, we recommend using an alternative, like your work address for delivery.
7. 7. If you are not home at the time of delivery and courier company has to wait for some days for delivery of product you understand that additional delivery charges may apply.
8. 8. Order cannot be cancelled once order has been shipped.
9. 9. Shipping time may vary depending on your location, please allow 7-10 days for delivery.
10. 10. Shipping charges are determined basis Chargeable Weight of the outer packaging i.e Actual or volumetric weight whichever is higher. The calculations of volumetric weight are basis registered courier partner guidelines which is a third-party contract and is not bound for or liable with any claims on chargeable weight related disputes if any.

You understand and agree that we will not be responsible for inaccuracies or errors caused by incorrect information supplied to us or by manufacturers or suppliers changing product specifications without notice to us. In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us. Yoogisports.com has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Yoogisports.com and accept decision of Yoogisports.com regarding the cancellation.

Yoogisports.com itself does not provide any warranty regarding the quality or performance of the products and held responsible for the same.
